MAT PILATES

 A full-body workout, pilates is low-impact and suitable for all levels of fitness. Breathing techniques in this class will help you feel relaxed and calm. If this is your first Pilates class, please come with Pilates/yoga socks with grips on the bottom. We also sell them at our gym. We will provide mats, towels. Bring water and a positive attitude! Let's do this!
